It's that perfect frequency, the shine you hear on your favourite rock vocal, the move that makes your snares and guitars pop through your speakers. 8K is that magical sauce that livens everything it touches. It's not air, it's not fluff, it's 8K.

8k isn't just an EQ, it's the sound of that classic console being pushed. Alongside the fixed 8kHz high shelf, the plug-in models the input stage of two classic console variants, capturing the subtle saturation, density, and forwardness that happens before the EQ ever touches the signal. Use it as a tone move, a presence lift, or both.

Like all Canvas Audio plug-ins, 8K comes with 4x oversampling. There are also input/output linking and mix options. Once you've dialed in your favourite setting, save it as a preset or grab one of ours to get inspired!
